Core Responsibilities
Data entry/tracking
- Maintaining and updating dubbing and delivery schedules
- Communicating delivery timelines between vendors and internal/external parties

Finance admin
- Tracking dubbing and distribution costs and POs
- Assisting with Coupa vendor set up and payment queries

Dubbing ops
- Researching and tracking dub availability
- Sourcing access dub materials and metadata
- Managing and sharing localised metadata

General Requests
- Ad hoc LEGO market, Content Distribution, and external partner requests (asset requests, research requests etc)

The role of the Global Entertainment Partners & Content department is to develop world class relationships with the entertainment & licensing community & leverage those relationships across a number of areas. The department has 5 primary focus areas:
1. Facilitating the overall approval process for the LEGO company in relation to all in-bound licenses and entertainment projects
2. Development and execution of the LEGO company content & content distribution strategy
3. Contributing to the development of long-form content supporting key LEGO company franchises
4. Scouting and screening the market for relevant IP's for LEGO
5. Negotiating all entertainment deals, including in-bound licenses and Content deals

Do you have what it takes?
University Student working towards bachelor or masters degree
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Financial tracking
- Proficient at Excel/Smartsheet/SharePoint
Asset or content management experience a plus
English on advanced level
