We are looking for a new member of our team with a commercial mindset and flair for communication to help us drive the LEGO Group commercial strategy.

Drive value for the entire LEGO Group
You will join our Global Revenue Management & Pricing team within Market and Commercial Development at our amazing LEGO Campus in Billund. You will work alongside ten colleagues whose purpose is to drive sustainable growth and commercial momentum. We help the business to make strategic choices on where to play and drive investment effectiveness by defining how to win.

As a Student Worker in Revenue Management & Pricing you will:
- Apply your curiosity, analytical mindset, and commercial acumen to be an active contributor to projects within the area of Net Revenue Management (NRM) and Commercial Excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from across the organisation and market groups such as customer developers and key account managers.
- Be the creative lead on our communication, ensuring it is engaging for teams around the world.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape your tasks and responsibilities according to your interests, strengths, and studies – as well as your ambitions for the future. You will be given an opportunity to have a significant impact on strengthening the team’s output, both in terms of content and layout. While accomplishing this, you have the opportunity to improve your commercial mindset and learn from subject matter experts in commercial strategy, financial analysis and sales.

A commercial firecracker with great communication skills
You could be from any academic background as long as you have a strong interest in making a difference in the commercial team. Ideally, you are deeply interested in business management, market trends, communication, marketing and/or other commercial areas. We are looking for you to bring creativity and new ideas to the team, so you should be self-motivated, proactive, and curious to take on new challenges.

We imagine you bring:
- Commercial acumen and financial analysis skills to drive pragmatic, data-driven decisions
- Great communication and presentation skills, using data to tell compelling stories
- A self-driven attitude with ambition to deliver great results
- The curiosity to grow your knowledge and skills
- Creativity to find new ways to solve challenges, both analytically and in presentations
- Excellent strategic orientation with the ability to see the bigger picture while recognising the details and complexities
- Dedication to your Bachelor/Master studies at university or business school
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- Full confidence in communicating in English, spoken and written

A workplace of learning

You have preferably just finalized your bachelor’s degree and will continue your studies at Master level. We fully respect that you are dedicated to your studies and will support you to adapt your working hours to your study needs. We will aim to have you onsite in Billund 2 days a week on average to promote collaboration and learning.

You will join a collaborative team that will support you to develop yourself in your areas of interest. You will be given real responsibilities and independence from week one, alongside a project leader to give direction, and a buddy to help you integrate.
