The team is a global team in Customer Success supporting EMEA North.
Priorities of in role is to:
- Partner closely with our CS Workforce Transformation & Readiness EMEA N team to keep critical projects and topics moving forward and ensuring timely execution - for example, recruiting,
- Support Stakeholder communications and critical topics like transition to field, Go-to-market, Regional & Market Unit leadership meetings – this can include ppt, excel/analysis
- Program management support in collaboration with the regional leaders on critical programs – Leadership Talent Pool, Regional Mentoring program etc.
The right canidate should demonstrate the following Qualities:
- Active Roles in Projects - with mesurable oucomes (from previouse work or university projects)
- Leading with a Growth Mindset and natural intellectual curiosity
- Being Energized by working in a global networked organization with virtual teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Passion for operational excellence and able to juggle priorities
- Comfortability to navigate new and complex situations in a fast paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Start date as soon as possible – contract duration 6 months. Possibility to extend by 6 months.
The role is Based in Denmark, reporting to a manager in the U.S.
SAP supports flexible work arrangement – balance of work from home and work in the office. Each role is different and the manager needs to make sure that the role is reflecting the specific business need.
In this role, you would be required to commute to the office in Copenhagen – on average 2 times a week.
