Are you ready to kick-start your global career in a world-leading MedTech company?
As our new Business Intelligence graduate, you will spend the next two years exploring your own talents while making a true business impact. From there, the sky is the limit for your Coloplast career.

Your career starts here
Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, both in different Business Intelligence functions at our Global HQ in Denmark for this track. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.

Welcome to the HQ Business Intelligence Team
Starting no later than September 1st, 2023, you will join Coloplast´s Corporate Business Intelligence team at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, a department under Global IT. The team consists of 23 dedicated employees delivering data solutions to a variety of business units at Coloplast.

The team responsibility covers everything from operations and monitoring to development and architecture. We use the latest Microsoft cloud technologies, agile delivery methods and work in dedicated business tracks to ensure maximum business impact of the BI solutions developed. In the team, there will be great opportunities to learn from very experienced colleagues to help you grow professionally. Having years of experience is not a prerequisite, but the love of data and technology and how it can be used is.

What the Business Intelligence track has in store for you
In your 1st rotation, you will join our operations and monitoring team to assist with cloud database monitoring and optimization. The tasks will give you unique insights into how we apply the latest Microsoft Azure services to scale and grow our data platform. You will work with tools such as Data lake, Data Factory, SQL DB, SSAS and Power BI. To deliver great performance, you will have to not just understand the technology but also the business processes that it supports. The team is spread over multiple locations, so although you will be based at Coloplast Headquarters in Denmark, you will have interactions across cultures and borders.

You will be involved in:

  • Setting up monitoring on the relevant areas of our platforms
  • Reporting on performance of multiple components in the landscape to drive enhancement actions
  • Carrying out optimization projects and initiatives
  • Participate in proof of concept of new technology
  • Participate in creating a foundation for real time reporting in Coloplast

Looking ahead to your 2nd rotation, we will introduce you to the other functions of the Business Intelligence team. You will see how we work with the business to create roadmaps and delivery plans. You will see how we run development projects and maybe get to develop your own solutions if you have a desire for it. You will get introduced to our Data Warehouse framework and overall architecture, and last but not least, you will be offered the chance to participate in our Power BI training sessions, and perhaps even hold you own training session if you are interested. At the end, you should come out with a broad understanding of the data area enabling you to pursue a career within many areas of Business Intelligence. We have also arranged for you to spend some time with our public cloud team so you get a broader understanding of how we manage our entire cloud operations, not just the Business Intelligence part.

We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:
