Human Experience Management Graduate

Our graduate program, which starts in the autumn of 2023, will make the transition from being a student to becoming a consultant as educational, safe, and facilitated as possible. You will have a steep learning curve and many challenges, but at the same time you will have your own mentor and the opportunity to work with experienced consultants who guide you and share their knowledge.

During the graduate period, you will receive training and deep knowledge in relevant HR processes, and you will get the opportunity to certify yourself in selected SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will be directly involved in customer projects and through these learn how our consultants work with customers to ensure sustainable digital HXM solutions for the future.

The graduate program is a basic consultant training program and lasts for one year, but from day one you are permanently employed by NTT DATA Business Solutions. Of course, we want you to stay longer than one year and have a high focus on your continued development and career path in NTT DATA Business Solutions after the end of the graduate period.

We believe that:
• You have a master's education with excellent results or maybe a few years' work experience within the HR area after completing a master's study
• You have a passion for HR and digital transformations
• You want a steep learning curve, communicate well, and enjoy a high work pace
• You are a team player with a positive and engaging approach to people and work
• You are a good listener, independent and take initiative
• You speak and write fluently one Nordic language and English
• You are willing to travel, mainly within the Nordic countries
