The graduate programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. As part of the programme you will surround yourself with great people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support your development. You will be offered a mentor to support you and your transition into your further career at Nordea. We will give you the support and opportunities, but you are in the driving seat realizing your aspirations!

As a graduate you will be dedicated to one of the areas below:
- Talent Management - Work with projects supporting further development of strategic talent management practices and concepts. Position is located in Helsinki, Finland.
- People Services - Continuously enhancing the People Services value chain, through a combination of project work and hands on deliveries within People Services Norway. Position is located in Oslo, Norway.
- Talent Acquisition - Recruiting talents, both internally and externally, with the potential to be developed and mobilized across Nordea, ensuring a fit for future organisation across the different business areas and group functions. Position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
You will join a dedicated team of people professionals with the ambition to deliver impactful and value adding people solutions to drive business growth.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:
- Master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2023)
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent language skills in English
