Working with talents in a scale-up has a holistic dimension, as you will hold responsibilities of both internal and external nature. Overall, you will be supporting the Talent team (aka Talent Tigers) in all aspects of managing and developing the company's workforce, with a focus on providing administrative support to help the team run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be our very first Talent Acquisition Associate Intern, as the Talent Department has only existed since January 2022. This means that you will enter a dynamic team where we always look into smarter ways of working and new projects to initiate as our department evolves with the business needs. You will become part of a dream team that will consist of you, a Talent Acquisition Associate, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and the Head of Talent. We are all very excited to meet you! 🙌

Your key responsibilities and learnings:

  • Provide support for the recruitment processes by maintaining our job portal and job posts to ensure consistency and quality of our candidate experience
  • Assist in onboarding processes and in the creation of onboarding plans and communication with new employees
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee records and files, including updating information in the company's people management systems
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the execution of internal and external events, such as team-building events and employee branding events
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of employee communications, such as internal announcements or updates to the Employee Handbook
  • Support in the research and development of the Talent department's processes and tools for the purpose of making us even better
  • Ad hoc admin

Who are you?:

  • You are currently studying for a degree within the fields of HRM, Business process and administration, or Communication
  • Strong sense of structure and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including applicants, employees, and team members
  • An analytical eye for detail when completing administrative tasks
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • It is an advantage if you have familiarity with people management systems and processes, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and performance evaluation
  • You are interested in joining a fast-paced environment 🚀
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Danish 🇬🇧🇩🇰

The hiring process:

  • 1. stage: A phone conversation with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • 2. stage: Invitation to an interview and tour in the office with the Head of Talent & Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • 3. Stage: You will be given a case to complete and present!

  • We are looking for an Intern who can start on the 5th of September, 2023.
