Join our Global Graduate Program
We seek highly motivated graduates that see a match between own capabilities, personal ambitions, and a future in Novozymes. As a graduate you’ll get a unique opportunity to evolve and mature your skillset through a two-year tailormade program that will send you on a steep learning curve. You will gain strong change – and strategy execution capabilities. These will grow from e.g., coaching, cross-functional and international rotations, a Harvard strategy accreditation, a mentor program, cultural awareness, training in communication and networking strategies, and much more. Upon program graduation you will be ready for an international career in Novozymes.

Welcome to Global Finance Graduate Program
Join us at Novozymes China to embark on a 2-year journey with at least 4 rotations in a truly global and cross functional setting.

This Global Finance Graduate program is designed to develop future leaders within our global finance organization, with a focus on accelerating your development through multiple rotations. The program offers a unique opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience to solve complex issues in the finance and business environment.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
During the 2-year program, you will be offered a tailor-made program based on a mutually aligned career direction and aspiration. You will gain extensive on-the-job experience relevant to your rotation placement in different departments within corporate finance and business finance organizations, supported by mentoring and training programs. You will also have the chance to explore Novozymes at multiple geographical locations within China as well as at our headquarter in Denmark.

Minimum requirements

• Master’s degree major in Finance /Economics/Business related, good knowledge of accounting and finance, and experience with Business/Data Analysis/Digitalization/AI is a plus;
• Fresh graduate or with 1-3 years of work experience including internship at international companies, and experience with big four or first tier consulting firm is a plus;
• Previous international exposure – overseas education/work, comfortable with international working environment; good command of speaking and written English;
• Self-motivated, passion, high integrity and able to work under pressure;
• Fast learner who is eager to learn; desiring for personal growth and achievement as well as ambition for the entire team/company’s success;
• A team-player mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Demonstrate interest in Novozymes and match with Novozymes Value; and
• Willing to relocate to Denmark or other oversea affiliate for 3 - 6 months and preferably have flexibility in terms of mobility after the program.

• Ability to adapt and rapidly learn in new environments
• Excellent at building and maintaining networks and relating to people
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, making positive use of the opportunities it presents
• Accepts and tackles demanding goals with enthusiasm combined with a curious, creative growth mindset
