We work at Eficode’s offices in Helsinki, Tampere or Łódź, but visits to the office are not mandatory. Our main aim is to make happy customers and robust systems.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for new talent to join Eficode Managed Services unit, ROOT. ROOT is our product - a DevOps Platform solution that brings efficiency to our customer’s software development. We offer work on proactive tool maintenance and on-demand support. Of course, this doesn’t mean you have to be available 24/7 - your typical working time will happen during the office hours mainly, but we offer flexible working hours in general.

In this role, as a part of our award-winning Atlassian team, you get to take ownership of diverse customer cases. You will be working on ensuring our customers make the best out of the tools and practices of the Atlassian suite specifically. Eficode is one of the largest Atlassian partners in the world so you will get to work among an enthusiastic crowd of Atlassian experts.

You’ll be a good match if:

Our ideal candidate is someone who knows their way around DevOps principles, such as continuous integration/delivery, automation and infrastructure. We are hoping that you have already been working as an ITSM Specialist, or with something related to DevOps Operations. Tell us what you have done and let’s see how we can work together.

Skills we are looking for:

• Experience with ITSM Tools
• Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Taking initiative and yearning for continuous development
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Experience of infrastructure & continuous integration/delivery
• Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab or Bitbucket
• Linux knowledge

It’s also an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of other DevOps tools like:
  - Ansible
  - Jenkins
  - Atlassian Jira, Confluence
  - Artifactory
  - SonarQube
• It really does not hurt if you happen to know Public Cloud and/or Linux servers as well
• Googlefoo

This position is available in Helsinki, Tampere and Łódź. Please note, that for this position the relocation support from Eficode is not available.
