IT QA Student Assistant

We offer an opportunity to be part of a small but impactful team in our Headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen Area) where you will be part of Group IT! You will get the opportunity to work close with IT executives and stakeholders all across GN and take on a variety of tasks including training management, documentation support, communication and much more.

You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

We would like to welcome you as our new student assistant if you can see yourself in the following:
The main objective of this position is to support our IT QA & Compliance team in GNIT in Ballerup where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way depending on your motivation and ambitions. The initial tasks for the position will include tasks such as:

• Coordinate training (read and understand) of Group IT employees, including onboarding, offboarding etc.
• Coordinate and facilitate manager review of training of employees
• Facilitate ownership and review of procedures and documentation
• Support stakeholders in good ways of working in a regulated area

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:

• Structured and ambitious approach
• Basic knowledge of working in a regulated area, e.g. GMP/GLP
• Has a desire to develop your skillset and take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills
• Self driven and outspoken

Company language is English. The successful applicant will have significant knowledge working with Teams/SharePoint and Excel.

You have min. 1 year of Master studies left within Pharmacy, Biology, or other life science studies. Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, and the most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.
