The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two to three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

In your first rotation, you’ll be part of Transmission Systems where you, together with your colleagues, will define best practice for the inspection and maintenance of our offshore and onshore substations. Best practice derives from a mix of operational experience, lessons learned from failures and damages, and operational innovation initiatives. You’ll be closely involved in these activities to ensure that our focus on offshore substation integrity is always up to date and based on the latest knowledge and innovation initiatives. In your second and third rotation you’ll build a larger understanding of the entire organisation by being based in functions working in other periods of wind farms operational cycle from early project initiation to onsite operational support. Opportunities and details will be investigated early in your first rotation, also aiming to match your background and area of interest.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collecting information and viewpoints to establish an overview of a given situation or failure and identify solutions
  • driving projects and activities forward to prepare and improve the preventive maintenance plan and providing technical support for corrective maintenance
  • working together with the OPEX procurement team to prepare service contract tenders
  • working with our supply chain organisation on defining and implementing alternative suppliers and components for improved performance or improved cost of operating.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a keen interest in green energy and a mindset of thinking in terms of sustainable energy production from an environment and cost perspective
  • interact with colleagues and stakeholders across geographies in a natural and supportive way
  • have a high level of self-drive and an ability to establish and use your network to gain information
  • have a master’s degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar or a practical background supported with an education on bachelor’s level obtained before 1 September 2024.
