The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
Your first rotation will be in Wind farm Project Management Europe where you’ll learn how to create a business model based on technical knowledge from all aspects of the wind farm, incl. layout, yield, ground models, WTGs, foundation types, cables. You’ll be involved in campaigns, budgeting, and tenders to get an overview of how project management is handled. From there, you’ll be transferred to Constructions to learn the risks, challenges, costs, and deployment of foundations, and WTGs to understand how the designed park should be installed and set to work. Your third rotation will be in Investment Analysis to understand business cases, business models, and create a holistic view on the layout of the wind farm.
You’ll play an important role in:
- project management and stakeholder management
- discovering what creates a wind farm and how to create value
- discovering business models.
To succeed in this role, you:
- hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, geophysics, geology, energy, geotechnology, business engineering, or similar before 1 September 2024
- are motivated by problem solving, analytical reasoning, communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills
- are driven to innovate and improve, having a real impact on projects, business models, and processes.
- enjoy a highly dynamic workplace and working independently and in the team
- speak and write English fluently and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey messages to your stakeholders smoothly and efficiently.

Please note that you’re expected to do some travelling in relation to your work, as, depending on the project, you’ll travel to sites for manufacturer, suppliers, team events, like program days, or vessel kick-off meetings.
