About the Job
Join our Contract and License team, where you’ll help drive business development by optimizing processes and analyzing their impact on our organization. You will support the business in selecting the right vendors and maximizing the value of these relationships. Your main tasks will include:
- Extracting data from IT contracts
- Planning and coordinating content
- Communicating with suppliers about reporting
- Supporting contract renewals
- Evaluating vendor performance and alignment with agreements
- Assisting in vendor selection processes
- Handling ad hoc communication and administrative tasks
This part-time position is approximately 15-20 hours per week, offering you the flexibility to balance your studies and work. Based in Middelfart, you'll enjoy a dynamic and engaging environment where your tasks will range from independent projects to routine assignments.
An Analytical mindset with a passion for business development
We are looking for someone who thrives on process optimization and has a strong drive to understand and impact organizational processes. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience or interest in working with Business Development and process improvements
- A keen interest in learning new IT systems and Applications
- Excellent relationship-building skills across different business areas
- A thorough, responsible, and structured approach to tasks
- Confidence in working independently and a natural inclination to take ownership of tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT Communication & Design, Commercial Law, International Business Communication, or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
