To support the ambitious goals of Bavarian Nordic and ensure a consistent approach to our strategic, cross-functional projects, we have established a Strategy Execution Office. This global, centralized unit drives and supports strategic programs while developing processes and tools essential for effective execution.
We are looking for a high-spirited Student Assistant to contribute to these goals by supporting key administrative and project activities that ensure coordination and impact across our initiatives.
Role and responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support, while taking ownership of key tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks within the office
- Assist with maintaining processes and tools to support project execution
- Manage and update our intranet content to ensure accessibility and relevance
- Supporting communication and digital marketing initiatives
- Plan, organize, and prepare for team events and meetings
- Project support, including documentation, updates, and coordination
- Work with various stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives
Who We are Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong scientific or combined science-business background (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration & Bioentrepreneurship, or a related field). You should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a flexible environment.
Specifically, you should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Most of the work is expected to take place from our headquarters in Hellerup. The working hours are approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.
