Introduction
Ferrosan Medical Devices seeks a motivated student to join our Szczecin team for 3-4 days per week (20-30 hours). This role offers practical experience in maintaining and developing essential tools for our projects. A background in data science or a similar field is beneficial, but it is not a requirement.
Tasks to Fulfill
- Continuously maintain the resource planning tool (Excel model)
- Distribute reminders and provide Excel support to users of the tool
- Ensure timely registration of project resources
- Serve as the first point of contact for Project Managers, Managers, Directors, and other stakeholders using our planning tool
- Further development of Excel tools and implementation of new functionalities
Competencies
- Proficient in Excel (pivot table, lookup formulas, etc.), with a desire to further develop your skills to become an Excel wizard.
- Organized with a clear and methodical approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Service-minded and proactive
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is an advantage, but not a strict requirement if you are willing to learn
- Advanced in English, both written and spoken
