As a Design Portfolio Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our Brand Marketing & Partnerships team, where we develop inspiring patterns and content for knitters, crocheters, and amigurumi makers worldwide 🧶 in collaboration with external designers. You’ll work closely with the Design Portfolio Lead and report to the Head of Brand Marketing & Partnerships.

About Our Team
You’ll join a group of ten warm-hearted, creative people working across brand, design, and influencer marketing. We meet bi-weekly to align and share ideas, often accompanied by yarn, coffee☕, and fastelavnsboller. Our patterns are the cornerstone of our marketing campaigns across all channels and play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced. Together, we have driven more than 5million email sign-ups from our patterns and nearly 200 million pattern downloads.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Collaborate closely with some of the world’s sharpest designers and influencers in the yarn, crochet, and knitting space.
• Help develop and refine creative design projects that shape our brand and resonate with our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects from start to finish: planning, negotiation, scheduling, and delivery.
• Write creative briefs and manage yarn deliveries to designers and influencer partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for designers and pattern testers, guiding them and providing feedback on design, construction, color choices and technical details.
• Review drafts, curate the best proposals, and ensure every pattern meets our brand’s quality and design standards.
• Prepare internal briefings, campaign documentation, and materials for photoshoots.
• Maintain project trackers and continuously improve our processes and guidelines.

Your Profile

• At least three years of experience coordinating knit or crochet design projects.
• Deep knowledge of yarns, fiber types, and construction techniques, including patterns, grading, and testing.
• Strong technical literacy in knitting and crochet patterns, plus proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - you thrive on planning, scheduling, and tracking every detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools, for example Later.
• Ambitious with an international mindset.
• Fluent in English (Danish is not required).
