About the Role
As a Technical Proposal Writer, you’ll support our business development and go-to-market team by helping draft compelling, compliant responses to public and private tenders. You’ll use AI tools and past materials to help draft, adapt, and improve our answers. You’ll work closely with experienced bid managers, solution architects, and the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and structure clear, compliant answers to tender questions
• Support writing for requirements descriptions, technical compliance, project plans, timelines, change management, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Work with senior team members to refine content and tailor responses to each opportunity
• Use our new AI tools to source and draft answers from past materials
• Review and edit answers for clarity, tone, and alignment with customer needs
• Help document and improve our internal bid-writing processes

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a student in Aarhus (any field, but business, communications, law, or engineering is a plus)
• Exceptional written communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, not a must)
• Analytical mindset—you like understanding rules, requirements, and what makes a good answer
• Detail-oriented, organized, and unafraid to ask questions
• Comfortable with digital tools (Word, Google Workspace, Notion; bonus if you’ve tried AI writing tools)
• Curious about public tenders, SaaS, and climate tech
