Master-degree in communication and media, with a minor in CSR

This master in communication and media allowed me to:
  • Strengthen my theoretical knowledge (Information and Communication Sciences, Communication of organizations, etc.) in order to deal with complex issues in the communication and media sectors.
  • Develop practical knowledge (Social Media Management, Marketing, Branding, InDesign, etc.) in order to be able to perform the tasks required by these sectors.

  • While giving free rein to my creativity, and helping me to be independent: webradio workshop, creation and communication around an eco-responsible clothing brand for a project, creation of a video support and organising events, etc.

    This training also offered me the opportunity to specialize in brand communication, in order to analyse the link between the brand, the company, its values ??and the consumer.

    In parallel, I followed seminars about CSR, which was at the heart of my master-thesis about the CSR discourse of fashion brands.

    6 months of Erasmus in Prague (Czech Republic) with lectures in intercultural communication.

    During this bachelor-degree in media and communication sciences, I was able to follow:
  • General courses on media and communication sciences, in order to understand the field's founding currents.
  • Theoretical courses on the history of IT & organizational communication, which made me discover the variety of fields of study in communication.

  • This theoretical training was supplemented by a few lessons and practical work:
  • Audit on the use of the mobile phone by people with motor disabilities.
  • DTP software training: Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Editing videos on Adobe Première Pro.
  • These allowed me to develop practical skills, while inviting me to organize myself, to persevere and to ask more experienced students for help when needed.

    My missions as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, of this parisian 3rd place (mix of an NGO and a company with a cultural agenda and unique business model) are the following:

  • Automating monthly prospecting campaigns (CRM, A/B test mailing, Linkedin) to reach organisations sensitive to the company's mission

  • Elaborating 2 new commercial offers aligning the needs and resources of all stakeholders: companies, institutions, NGOs and the inhabitants

  • Supporting around 20 events per month (circa. 1000 people) to make them as conversational as possible (logistics, catering, activities, etc.)

  • - Managing a sales person to reach 20K€ net profit per month

  • Aligning the CSR communication strategy with the brand's one to engage all stakeholders in the brand's mission

  • Creating content daily (newsletters, mailing, articles, posts, stories, contests, etc.) for social media and corporate platforms (2M+ people)

  • Managing the digital publication of the annual CSR report on the following: editorial strategy, art brief, web design (UX, UI)
