We are seeking a proactive and organized student assistant to join our Communication and Organizational Implementation workstream at Tech Strategy Unit in Danske Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating communications related to GenAI products and potentially other emerging technologies. The role requires good communication and change management skills, a passion for making complex topics accessible to a wide audience and maybe a strong understanding of GenAI.
Your responsibilities
- Community Management: Oversee the GenAI Teams Community and create a strategy to keep this community interesting and relevant to facilitate productive discussions and ensure adoption of GenAi products.
- Communication: Draft and manage messages in various channels, incl. Teams, Viva Engage, emails. This includes regular updates, important announcements, and response to queries or discussions.
- Training Material Development: Assist in the development and improvement of training materials and tests. This includes translating training materials from English to Danish, improving content based on feedback, and updating materials to reflect new product features.
- Email Management: Handle general inquiries related to GenAI to ensure prompt and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Act as a first point of contact for incident management within the unit, specifically focusing on resolving incidents regarding access right assignments, training materials, guidelines, data, and security.
What we are looking for – you are
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Communication, Digital Management, Change Management, Business Administration)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish (latter is not a requirement)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented have the ability to prioritize effectively
- Familiar with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interest and basic knowledge in GenAI
- Experience with community management is a plus
