About us:
NEL is a leading international organization in the Hydrogen fueling industry, renowned for its innovative technical solutions and global presence. The PMO is part of our R&D Department and consist of 5-6 PM’s and a PMO manager running the portfolio of projects within the R&D Department.

About the Position
In this position, you will mainly be supporting the PMs with handling of administrative tasks, for instance taking care of internal documentation in all areas of the project development phases. Further it is expected that you will take an active part in improving internal business processes.

As our student worker you will be paid by the hour, and you must be able to commit to working 15-22 hours weekly at Nel. The number of working hours can be flexible and with the option to scale up in connection with holidays or study-free periods.

The position is based in Lind close to Herning, Denmark.

Your qualifications

• You are experienced with the IT systems Microsoft 365 platform and SharePoint.
• You are experienced with Excel and PowerPoint on a professional level and
• preferably some experience with Jira and BigPicture.
• Basic knowledge of project management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Danish as well as in English.
