The position
As our Communication Student Assistant, you will be responsible for our monthly learning event in our Digital Transformation Team. You will be administrating and facilitating our monthly learning events and ensuring that we keep our SharePoint platform up-to-date. The job will be approximately 15 hours per week and your tasks will include:

  • Planing our monthly learning event (send invites, prepare slides, meet with relevant stakeholders etc.)
  • Facilitating and hosting the introduction and wrap-up for the event
  • Maintaining our SharePoint page for our monthly learning event and Digital Transformation Team
  • Creating content including text and graphics for invites, SharePoint etc
  • Establishing a structure for driving our monthly event

You will have the opportunity to shape the way we drive and do communication for our monthly learning event. You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated and helpful colleagues with various competencies. Together working towards supporting the digital transformation journey focusing on change management, building the competencies of tomorrow, and creating awareness of new and innovative solutions within the organisation. This position will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organisation.

Qualifications
We are looking for a Student studying at the end of a Bachelor's or the start of a Master's with an academic degree in Learning, Psychology, Organisational Change, Communication, E-Business, or similar.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have excellent written communication & graphical skills
  • Have experience within planning, facilitating and hosting events or similar
  • Are structured and organised and eager to perform a variety of different tasks
  • Are professional, work independently, proactively, and are self-engaged
  • Have strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Have full professional proficiency in English

About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control area that is based in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both in industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
