As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Lime, you are passionate about helping our customers grow, develop, and get the most out of their CRM investment.
By strategically plan and execute upselling we lead our customers through digitalization and increasing their own customer success. You work with your own client portfolio and you are comfortable with delivering on a budget every month.
As a Customer Success Manager at Lime, you are thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a great team spirit and a mission to become Sweden’s best CSM team 😉
This position is available at our Swedish offices in Lund, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.
We believe you:

- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or equivalent.

Other than teaching you all you need to know about Lime and our culture, you will also become a pro when it comes to sales techniques, our products, and negotiation skills.
