To strengthen and support our continued development, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Student Worker for Customer Services for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base in Siemens A/S offices in Ballerup. We are looking for a dedicated student to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization providing advisement for our customer base. Your responsibilities

• Support and coordinate after-sales activities, requests for spare parts and related service coordination
• Process incoming inquiries and requests from customers
• Preparation of spare parts offers as per customer inquiries; collecting the prices from Siemens HQ, regions and 3rd party sub-suppliers by using ticketing tools and systems
• Coordinating complex issues and questions to qualified technicians and engineers
• Follow up on submitted offers with customers
• Coordinating order processes with internal teams and customers
• Updating files for opportunities and orders

Your qualifications

• Ability to build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in an international environment
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy Systems
