What you’ll be doing?
Within our epic Operations Department, which consists of Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics, you’ll work on a variety of projects that leverage automation, optimisation, and artificial intelligence to reduce repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience.

You’ll primarily focus on leading your own project but will also lend your hands and brainpower to daily operational tasks to better understand our workflows.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analyse customer service data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, using insights to inform decision-making and optimise processes.
  • Explore AI technologies to enhance customer interactions, such as issue resolution, personalised answers, etc.
  • Help develop and maintain a centralised knowledge database to guide customer service supporters in answering tickets.
  • Explore chat solutions and automated tools to improve real-time customer interactions.
  • Identify automation opportunities in second-level workflows.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team and all other departments involved in the customer journey, such as the platform team, marketing team, engineers, etc.
  • Reach out to software suppliers and other e-commerce companies for sparring and inspiration.

You…

  • You are studying Business Intelligence, Marketing Management, Value chain management,Software Technology Engineering or similar Programme and are looking for an internship this fall
  • Love to innovate through an analytical and operational approach.
  • Have both the soft skills to understand the customer service universe and the technical skills to help our customers navigate the world of e-commerce.
  • Are a team player at heart who loves to join forces with others, tackle challenges together, and share your knowledge.
  • Have a proactive mindset.
  • Have a hunger to apply theory to practice.
