Product Interns

An exciting internship within one of our Product teams – Footwear, Operations or Strategy
An internship is a valuable part of your education, and it is important that you choose the best place for you to gain practical experience. As a Product Intern at ECCO, we will support you in building a strong network across the product departments to maximise effectiveness and impact, whilst you support the end-to-end (E2E) calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are achieved.

As part of this internship, you will be matched with one of our teams within Product. This could be Footwear Product Management, Product Operations Management or Product Strategy.

Support pre- and In-season planning
Your tasks will be adjusted depending on the team, but overall likely to include:

• Utilise latest available, sales, buy and stock data to support the collection plan
• Find solutions for merchandising incidents
• Collect performance feedback from merchandising planners
• Bring proposal to product managers and category leads on collection optimisation based on market trends in EDITED
• Support in the presentation preparation for E2E milestones
• Support in the set-up and organisation of product events onsite
• Monitoring of Brand calendar styles and colour performance
• Enhance reporting tools in alignment with other product areas
• Adhoc reporting and analysis

There will also be time set aside for you to work on your thesis or school project, if required, and we hope that you will focus it on ECCO.

What are we looking for?

• You are currently obtaining a Bachelor or Masters degree in business, economics or other relevant field, but no prior experience is necessary. You must currently be enrolled.
• You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
