Your Challenges

From our headquarters located in Hørsholm, you will embark on an exciting journey as a student assistant for People and Leadership Development at VELUX. Here, you'll dive into a dynamic array of responsibilities aimed at supporting our team’s growing impact.

Your tasks include:

• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and presentations.
• Coordinate and plan development offerings.
• Bring fresh insights from your studies and other interests to the team.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct data analysis for our people strategy.
• Contribute to ad-hoc tasks as required to advance our strategic initiatives.

Your Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be in the final year of their bachelor's degree or beginning a master's degree in a relevant field, with a background in areas such as business administration, human resources, economics, learning and development, psychology, anthropology, marketing, or data analysis.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have an analytical approach; plus, being comfortable with numerical data is beneficial.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have experience or an interest in website creation (e.g. Sharepoint) and with the Microsoft Package (Excel, Teams, etc.) and are looking to become proficient.
