Two years of rapid career progression
Our trainee program is tailored to kick-start your career and future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding and useful skills valued in many different functions in logistics, transport and supply chain industry.

The program splits into two main stages:

• The first 12 months you are working at the office in Sao Paulo
• The next 12 months you are working in one of our worldwide offices.

During the two years program there will be seven weeks of schooling, which will be a combination of physical classroom training in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online training from home. The program will give you the opportunity to connect solid practical experience in the office with theoretical knowledge. All teaching will be in English.

We are looking for motivated and curious individuals ready to embark on an exciting learning experience. You don’t need any experience from the industry, as you will learn everything required for the job. But we require that you:

• Completed secondary school or equivalent.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese
