To support our continued growth Siemens Smart infrastructure is looking for a student worker to become part of dedicated team in Regional Solutions and Services.
We are looking for a colleague to join our team of four competent employees in an informal and relaxed work environment. Based out of our offices in Ballerup, Denmark you will play a pivotal role in our procurement and logistics operations. You’ll become part of a culture where we put our employees first, and value well-being, inclusion and personal development and we encourage curious minds to think differently and break new grounds.
Main responsibilities
- Updating supplier lists to ensure accuracy and relevancy in our procurement processes.
- Setting up supplier orders and managing online orders efficiently.
- Creating packing slips in SAP
- Monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Maintaining templates and compiling various statistics to support decision-making processes.
- Assisting with various ad hoc tasks
Your qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a BSc. or MSc. student
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to your tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and acquire new competencies along with your skilled colleagues
