Student Assistant, Data & Analytics

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work in an international company with people from many different cultures.

Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Supporting budget management and vendor engagement
• Assisting the team in various tasks, e.g., preparing presentations and meeting materials etc.
• Supporting global Data & Analytics projects
• Coordinating meetings, agenda & project management support
• Working with different functions within IIT (Integrated Information Technology) to coordinate the activities within projects

What we’re looking for
We imagine that you are enrolled in an engineering, business, economics or similar education and have passed the second year of your bachelor’s studies and have at least two years of your education remaining. We expect that you can work approx. 15-20 hours per week.

Furthermore we imagine that you are/have:

• Fluent in English, as it is our corporate language
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical skills and tech savvy
• Flexible and service-minded
• Personal integrity and ability to handle confidential material
• Commitment to continuous learning, see the "big picture" as well as the details, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties

Carlsberg Breweries A/S is an international company with highly qualified and specialized professionals, and you will be part of an ambitious and dynamic department. You will be based within the Global Data & Analytics Team of Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology in Copenhagen.
