Joining the Corporate FP&A team in ECCO, you will be teaming up with the Business Controlling team. The job description is not yet set in stone, and depending on your knowledge, you will have ample opportunity to influence your internship.

Your primary responsibility will be driving data analysis to create business insights, stating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data. You then provide the business with advice and recommendations, influencing business decisions to improve business performance across ECCO.

Additionally, some of your tasks will be to:

• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs for ad hoc, short- and long-term planning
• Gather data from multiple sources and transform data into actionable insights
• Drive and support ad hoc performance deep dives (e.g. sales channel and customer performance)
• Prepare scenario analysis and assess key operational risks and opportunities
• Analyse current and past financial data and performance

On the more professional side, this is some more specific requirements and experiences:

• Enrolled in a university for the whole duration of the 6-month-internship.
• Available to participate in our full-time internship program from August/September 2024 to February/March 2025
• Knowledge of planning & controlling activities
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Desire and ability to work closely and collaboratively with other members across Finance and Commercial teams.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Ability to think outside the box and create solutions to complex problems.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical, written, oral, organizational, and presentation skills
• Though our teammates hail from all corners of the world, our working language is English.
• Working location is Bredebro, Denmark.
