Are you ready to join the Nordic Trade Marketing team in a role with primary focus on E-Commerce planning and execution, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the most reputable brand in the world further forward. We currently offer the next shining star a unique opportunity to join our team as Student Worker and be part of a business area full of dynamics and development opportunities.

Core Responsibilities
As our Trade Marketing Student Worker you will work on a broad range of tasks, such as:

  • Delivery of E-Commerce toolboxes for activation with our Nordic partners.
  • Development of local and versioning of global E-Com assets.
  • Drive selected online marketing activities.
  • Be a co-pilot on innovative online platform implementations and gamification initiatives.
  • Collect and report online performance data.
  • Support the Nordic Trade Marketing team with daily tasks – also on selected areas outside of E-Commerce.

A global family with great cohesion and play mentality:
The LEGO® Group is an international family-owned company that relies on the successful interaction of a wide variety of talents. As a part of our team, you will be given the space and support you need to unfold and grow your potential. The position is in Billund, where you will find yourself surrounded by the most helpful and energizing colleagues. In our daily work, we strive to deliver best-in-class marketing activations and maximize the commercial impact of these, while at the same time providing a fun and playful work experience for everyone.

Do you have what it takes?
We expect you to meet the following criteria:

  • You hold or will soon finalize a bachelor's degree (ideally 2-3 years left of (Master) studies).
  • Proficient English both in writing as well as orally.
  • You are independent and proactive.
  • You are a team player and share the conviction that you are the strongest as a team.
  • You are curious and eager to learn & develop.
  • You have excellent communication skills together with a strong service mindset and can-do mentality.
  • You are well acquainted with Microsoft Office (hereby Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Experience within the field of E-Commerce is a plus.

We expect you to be able to work 16-22 hours a week primarily from our office in Billund – but with the opportunity to be flexible in working hours as well as working from home. Additionally, there are possibilities for carpooling with other LEGO colleagues to and from Billund.

What’s in it for you?
Here are some of what to expect:

  • Family Care Leave – We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.
  • Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.
  • Wellness – We want you to be your best self, so you'll have access to the Headspace App and lots of wellbeing initiatives and programmes run by local teams where you are based.
  • Colleague Discount – We know you'll love to build so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.
  • Bonus – We do our best work to succeed together. When goals are reached and if eligible, you'll be rewarded through our bonus scheme.
  • Your workplace – When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.

Children are our role models. Their curiosity, creativity and imagination inspire everything we do. We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued and they belong.

The LEGO Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity and equal pay regardless of e.g. race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or gender identity.

The LEGO Group is fully committed to Children’s Rights and Child Wellbeing across the globe. Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.

Thank you for sharing our global commitment to Children’s Rights.
