Supply Chain Student Assistant

We're seeking a proactive and curious student to join our team as a Supply Chain Student Assistant. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our most important project of moving production and distribution operations to a new site.

What is the position?
Your new desk will be placed in our Supply Chain department at our factory site in Hillerød. You will be joining a dynamic and ambitious team responsible for relocating all functions incl. production and distribution operations to a new greenfield site in Frederikssund. By being at the forefront of our most critical project, your primary task will be to support the program core team in transition projects, developing production and logistics solutions.

You will be reporting to the Director of Program Management and collaborate with Specialists in Global Logistics, Global Sourcing, Production, NPI and Material Support.

What will your day to day look like?
Your work will be different every week. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced project team, you will have different projects and priorities on the table every day. Some possible tasks you will work with are:

• Analyzing data and creating reports for workshops with Production Managers and Directors.
• Develop and update PowerPoint presentations on the status of the project.
• Conduct changes in SAP and supporting systems.
• Investigate new functionalities and tools for better practices in the project organization.
• Assist the definition of requirements for the new site.
• Assist and developing proof of concepts.

What does an ideal candidate look like?

• Currently studying Production Engineering/Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
• You must at least have 1,5 years left of your studies before graduating.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Available to work 8-16 hours per week on site, with flexibility during exams season.
• Experience in collecting data and developing data analysis in Excel. Experience with Power BI and SAP is preferred.

• Familiarity with MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma tools, MS Power Apps, MS Project and MS Visio is a plus.
