Employer Branding Intern

Warsaw (Inflancka 4a), Hybrid Work.

We offer a flexible schedule (16 hours weekly depending on your availability)

In KMD, we digitize Denmark and Northern Europe. We create and implement technological solutions that improve the lives of millions of people across governments and private sectors. As an EB intern, you will join the international EB, Communication, and Marketing Team where we develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the KMD employer brand.

After your morning coffee, you will:

• Partner with external vendors to ensure an aligned brand of KMD and a high quality of our external presence;
• Coordinate and organize KMD presence during conferences, events, meet-ups, and job fairs (logistics, gadgets, vendors, materials, etc.), event management
• Contact student organizations
• Manage KMD brand stories on different job portals
• Implement the elements of the KMD brand refresh project
• Manage onboarding sessions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture employee stories
• Take part in different EB & Communications & CSR projects
• Create EB content for KMD Social Media
• Take part in and support internal events organized for KMD employees
• Create content for internal and external communication channels

We want you in our team if you:

• Are studying among fields of study such as communications, employer branding, marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, or related fields
• Have fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
• Have strong project management and organizational abilities
• Have strong communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers
• Take responsibility for the dedicated tasks and take one's own initiative
• Have proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have accuracy and attention to details
• Have planning and organizing skills
• Are familiar with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for digital content and Employer Branding activities
• Have analytical skills
• Have a creative and exploring mindset
• Are open-minded and have a positive attitude

We will be a PERFECT match if you additionally have:

• Knowledge of graphic design programs
• Experience in project management in student organizations or professional experience in a tech company
