We are looking for a student to assist managing and optimizing processes related to ownership of a Trading and Sales applications portfolio. You will be working in close collaboration with our Application Portfolio Manager and teams across Nordea.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Markets Business Technology. We add value by building and managing software applications related to Trading and Sales in close collaboration with the business and core technology stakeholders. As a student in Markets Business Technology you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that our applications are compliant, cost efficient and we can focus our time on value adding activities. You may also join large projects where we work on implementing new applications to our portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in managing of a portfolio of Trading and Sales applications
• Work closely with a wide range of teams and stakeholders in Technology and Business
• Identify potential and actively propose improvements to streamline the processes related to application management - ideally through automation
• Ensure we are compliant to regulatory requirements and Nordea guidelines on IT security and operational risks
• Help perform Identity and Access management
• Periodic risk assessment and business continuity planning
• Other administrative and ad hoc tasks

Your experience and background:

• Structured and organised with an outgoing personality
• Ability to work with several assignments at the same time
• Skilled communicator and collaborator across different seniority levels and technical backgrounds
• Studying Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or similar
• Experience working with Excel and an interest for automation is a plus
