The position
We are seeking a Student Assistant to support within our PSQIT Executive Office, dedicating approximately 10-15 hours per week to the following tasks:

• Supporting various communication tasks related to key documentation, info screens, and community platforms like Viva Engage
• Assisting in strategic communication updates and events
• Exploring new methods for internal communication
• Updating and managing SharePoint sites
• Analysing the impact of communication and providing insights to the team

Besides, you will also support some ad-hoc tasks. You will contribute to our mission of effectively communicating Novo Nordisk’s evolving landscape to our extensive audience within PSQIT. This position will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organization.

Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program within the fields of Media & Communication, Business/Organizational Communication, Strategic Communication, or Brand & Communication Management at Denmark universities. Ideally with at least 2 years of study remaining to ensure a better learning development.
To succeed in this role, you have:

• A strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude with a structured mindset
• Self-engagement with strong communication skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to engage in diverse tasks involving multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in Strategic Communication.
As a person, you thrive in a role where you can be responsible for finding the right ways of communicating information and you have an interest in working and engaging with people from various fields.

You will join the PSQIT Executive Office, which is rooted in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), a global division employing 29,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 63,000 employees. Our team consists of 8 colleagues, and you will support within the communication setup serving an organisation of 29,000 employees.
