Assist the Onshore Project Support teamon a part-time basis at the local Global Wind Service office in Szczecin, Poland. This role will provide you with the flexible schedule to complete your studies while gaining professional experience. We therefore invite you to step into one of the fastest growing industries worldwide.
TYPICAL TASKS
- Responsible for being the primary internal contact for the project team.
- Research best means of travel, transportation and accommodation for technicians.
- Support technicians for travel related issues and process timesheets.
- Distribute project information to project team.
- Arrange rental of equipment as well as travel & transportation according to rotations.
- Provide input for manning plan and coordinate with technicians.
- Maintain overview of logistic costs for the project e.g., for travel & accommodation.
- Submit data to the project financial reporting tool.
- Control and process invoices related to travel and accommodation.
- Inform site personnel on logistics and every-day administration.
- Participate in project hand-over from Sales.
- Book trainings and manage certificates

Requirements
We do not expect you to master everything from the beginning, but we expect you to be eager to learn in order to get there. Training and support will be provided both at the start and throughout your time at GWS.
YOUR PROFILE
- Interest in project administration or project management (basic knowledge will be an asset)
- Proven logistics skills (i.e., experience in travels coordination)
- Organizational skills
- High motivation to learn and hit the ground running in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Good understanding of IT systems, including MS Office suite
- Team player, skilled in communicating with people from various backgrounds, open mind and flexible
- Ideally studying towards a transport/ logistics (incl. maritime) or related qualification
- Good level of English – written and spoken
