You will join a true global matrix organization with all the opportunities and challenges it gives. Together with the HR Business Partners you participate in the daily HR activities. You will be located in Odense, where we have the full product cycle in place (R&D, product management, quality, marketing, assembly and distribution center). We also have more than 20 different nationalities in our Odense location. Yes, this is quite unique and it is an interesting work place.

As our Division is a global organization you will support on our global people processes. This job is a great opportunity for learning the strengths and challenges of a simultaneously local and global organizational structure.
Your tasks are related to a broad variety of HR tasks, where you have the opportunity to be highly involved in many of the HR disciplines.
Your main tasks will be maintenance of intranet, recruitment support, on- and offboarding, process descriptions, contribute to HR development projects, ad hoc. support of HR Business Partners.
When you are well into the role, you will get your own area of responsibilities within some of our processes, such as on- and offboarding, recruitment activities, annual reviews etc.
Your team
You will work alongside two very skilled HR Business Partners from whom you will learn a lot. You will report into the HR Director who is also located in Odense and is responsible for the Machine Control Division globally. You will integrate well in the team if you don’t take yourself too seriously – we spend quite some time laughing at ourselves. We do take our job very seriously though and prioritize to learn from each other.
