Are you our next Customer Service Representative?

Plecto is looking for an ambitious student to join our team in Aarhus as our newest Customer Service Representative (Approx 10-20 hours/week).

As a Customer Service Representative at Plecto, you will be a part of a highly motivated team with many different skill sets to learn from. Our aim is to help our customers reach their full potential.

What you will do:

You will become an important part of our Customer Service team, which in addition to you also includes skilled Customer Service Representatives located in Denmark and Guatemala. We work closely with our colleagues in sales, product, finance, and UX.

The 10 - 20 hours will be divided into 2 - 4 shifts a week, depending on how the team would like it structured - here you also have the chance to influence the schedule in collaboration with the rest of the team.

The hours are from 8.30-13.00 (including a selfpaid lunchbreak), 13.00-17.00, or a combination of both, depending on the team's preferences.

As our new Customer Service Representative, your work tasks will include:

  • Monitor customer service channels (email, phone, and chat) for incoming requests
  • Handle and solve support tickets, by investigating and gathering information from customers in an efficient manner
  • Help the customer with their technical setup and creating KPIs for their data management
  • Perform troubleshooting on Plecto’s features and related integrations
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Expert Service, and CSM (Customer Success Management) to assist in ticket resolution
  • Work effectively with team members in multiple time zones (Denmark and Guatemala)
  • Update customer-related information in our CRM system
  • Assist with customer retention activities

Who you are:

Besides having a positive attitude and open mind, you have a customer-centric attitude. You are proactive, take pride in the work you produce, and get motivated by working in an environment where it’s normal to experiment and try out new things.

Also, we expect you to have experience with the following:

  • Flair for IT
  • Experience with Google Sheets and different CRM systems is a plus
  • Some experience in using your analytical skills for problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required
