Internship in Digital Learning & Content Development

Here is what your role entails
As our digital learning and content development intern, you will wear multiple hats and play a crucial role in crafting, managing, and enhancing our digital learning offerings to our employees at Kamstrup. Furthermore, you will design and create digital learning content and experiences, supporting more than 1700 of our employees around the world.

More specifically you will be:

• Collaborating with subject matter experts and our Digital Learning Specialist to create engaging eLearning modules, videos, and other digital content
• Assisting in project management, ensuring timely delivery of content, and coordinating with various teams and departments
• Contributing with innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of our learning materials
• Participating in stakeholder management and communicating content updates and addressing feedback

Meet your future team
In this Intern position, you will become a part of our Leadership & Development Team in People and Culture. We are a small team of 4 with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise who value personal development, independence, and sparring. Together we work to ensure that we deliver impactful people development initiatives in Kamstrup ranging from bitesized learning nuggets to leadership development programs. You will be responsible for your own tasks and work on an equal footing with the rest of the team. New initiatives are greatly appreciated, and we guarantee an exciting internship with a steep learning curve.

Less about us, more about you
We are looking for an intern who wants to help expand the knowledge of our employees by creating new and exciting learning modules. Regardless of your academic background, there are numerous entry points to this position. The ideal candidate is, however, tech-savvy and have a positive can-do attitude.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are interested in digital content creation, EdTech, and learning solutions
• Possess proficiency in tools and software relevant to content development (e.g., video editing tools)
• Demonstrate good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Show a proactive attitude, ready to take ownership of tasks and find solutions in collaboration with your team

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
