Internship in Employer Branding

Here is what your role entails
As our Employer Branding Intern, you will partner up with our Employer Branding Manager, to ensure a strong employer brand. You will be working with employer branding on a strategic and operational level to make sure that Kamstrup stands out as an attractive workplace, for both current and future employees.

More specifically you will be:

• Creating internal and external communication material to enhance employee advocacy and engagement
• Coordinating, recording and editing videos for social media
• Planning and coordinating events, including career fairs, social events and in-house company visits
• Developing our employee benefits

You will experience the freedom to pursue your interests and take responsibility of your own projects, providing you with an in-depth understanding of every aspect of People and Culture work. You will receive thorough training and ongoing mentorship to support you in reaching your full potential. Furthermore, if you are interested in the field of recruitment, you will have the opportunity to take an active role in our recruitment processes.

Meet your future team
With a direct reference to our Employer Branding Manager, you will become a part of a tight-knit group consisting of 10 colleagues, dedicated to attracting and hiring the best talent for Kamstrup, which you will play a key role in achieving. In our team you will experience daily stand-up meetings, where we get ready for the day together by making sure we help each other shine.

Did you know? We have a team member who is a certified skydiver and that six of our team members have also been an Intern in our department.

We are looking for an Employer Branding Intern who want to strengthen Kamstrup’s brand and awareness on a global scale.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are studying for your master’s degree in cand.ling.merc., cand.merc., in marketing or similar
• Have a great interest in branding and strategic communication
• Are curious, outgoing and thrive in an energetic environment with various ongoing tasks
• Are positive-minded and always meet our internal as well as external business partners with a smile

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.

The applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, but you can expect a response within six weeks. Any details about the internship will be individually agreed upon. However, the internship is expected to run from the beginning of February 2025 until the end of June 2025.

Kamstrup is located in Stilling south of Aarhus, and bus number 200 takes you right to the door.
