Business Analyst (part time)

Are you proactive, committed and can conduct analyses, manage projects and secure the cross-functional collaboration together with the management team? Then you might be our new Business Analyst.

What will your workday look like?
You will work closely with our Head of Business Development, as well as the management across Esoft. Together with our owner Polaris, an ambitious strategy has been made to strengthen and expand our leading position in the Nordics, as well as grow our international business. As Business Analyst you will support on analytical tasks, smaller and larger projects, strategy execution and business development across the entire company. No two days will be the same, and you can expect to work both with analyses and project management as well as management support. The position is part time with 15-20 hours pr. week.

Who are you?
In order to succeed as our new Business Analyst:

• You have recently started a master’s degree or are in the last year of your bachelor's aiming at a degree (MSc) in business, economics, finance, marketing, project management or similar
• You are structured, analytical, have an eye for detail and thrive with many tasks simultaneously
• You are ambitious, eager to learn and get hands-on experience
• You thrive with both analytical work and working on projects with a variety of stakeholders
• You have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing (PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must)
• You are empathetic and have a "can-do" attitude
• It is beneficial to have experience in planning, running, implementing and following up on projects from e.g. a student job or student organisation
• Language skills: You speak one of the Nordic languages (DK, SE or NO) as well as English at a high level (spoken and written)

Your primary tasks will consist of…

• Analyses (quantitative and qualitative), incl. development of business cases
• Project management and execution support on selected strategic and operational projects across the company (e.g. related to M&A, pricing, market research, growth strategy, etc.)
• Management support for C-level and VP level in Esoft, incl. board related work, participation and planning of management meetings
