Internship in Strategy and Business Development

Here is what your role entails
In the role as our Strategy and Business Development Intern, you will be a key part in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and strengthening our market position. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of strategic projects, such as Kamstrup's ESG strategy, market strategy, and innovation processes. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to innovate, expand our offerings, and achieve our long-term business objectives.

More specifically you will be:

• Conducting and analyzing data on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the creation of strategic plans and business proposals
• Tracking performance of strategic initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports, and presenting findings and recommendations

We are looking for a motivated student with a passion for strategy and business development. You may not have a lot of experience yet, but you are eager to apply your up-to-date theoretical knowledge and enjoy sharing your ideas to challenge and improve our ways of working.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are currently studying Global Business Engineering, International Business Development, Innovation Management or another relevant field
• Thrive in an outgoing role where you work cross-functional, collaborating with colleagues across the entire organization
• Possess good data analysis skills, enabling you to interpret data and turn it into valuable business insights
• Are naturally curious and see opportunities where others see limitations, making you thrive in a role where no two days are the same and where we shape our ways of working together

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.

The applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, but you can expect a response within six weeks. Any details about the internship will be individually agreed upon. However, the internship is expected to run from the beginning of February 2025 until the end of June 2025.
