Do you want to join our Global IT department that is on an existing journey of implementing a new ERP system and global processes in our Wholesale companies across the globe?

If yes, look no further! We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our growing team!

A central role with a high degree of responsibility and flexibility
You will become part of our international and cross functional team, where you will work closely with our ERP consultants, project managers and management team. Your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs, however with clear focus on learning and communication, ERP release management and ERP project related tasks.

• Learning & communication: You will be supporting subject matter experts in preparing best-of-class learning and communication material. To achieve this, you will be working on the community and learning platform FUSE Universal. Finding yourself in the role, you should have a high degree of interest in business processes and community design.
  
• Release management: You will be following up on release activities on the Azure DevOps platform and reporting status to the management. In this role you will be in close contact with the entire team. This task will give you great insights into the ERP/software release process, and you will also be involved in implementing a global tool and process for release management based on Agile methodologies.
  
• Ad hoc tasks related to ERP roll-out: Ad-hoc support for a large global ERP roll-out. Tasks could include preparing material for project and steering committee meetings, arranging meetings and events, preparing and analyzing surveys and much more.

Other ad-hoc tasks are preparation and facilitation of periodic stand-up meetings, planning and arranging team events and assisting our managers with various tasks. There will also be opportunities to support initiatives and practice your project management, change management and business analysis skills!

You will be employed on terms that are consistent with your study (e.g., exam periods), but we would like your help approx. 15-20 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. It is important to note that some weeks will be busier than others in relation to various projects, but calendar of activities will be discussed and planned together with the team.

To fulfill this position, we imagine that:

• You are currently enrolled on a higher education on BA or MA level and have minimum 1-2 years left
• You are fluent in English – written and oral
• You are curious, good at asking qualified questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks
• You are characterized by a high degree of respect for deadlines and great desire for personal and professional growth
• You are structured, analytical and have the courage to run your own tasks
• You are hardworking and can withstand pressure in peak periods and do not lose your good spirit
• Are team oriented as you will be collaborating closely with other colleagues
• You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Power point, SharePoint, and Teams)
