Support on various supply chain disciplines, with supply and demand planners
As a Student Assistant in Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Supply Chain, you will assist with supply chain-related activities, collaborate, and provide support to the Global Planning & Logistics Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop personally and professionally in a global organization, while contributing to our sustainability goals by helping to reduce CO2 emissions in shipping and supply chain operations.

Your areas of responsibility
You will engage with a wide range of tasks in the field of Supply Chain, working closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. As a self-starter, you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks, which may include:

  • Supporting the team with various supply chain tasks related to POSM
  • Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring smooth delivery processes
  • Maintaining and updating supply chain databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Conducting data analysis to identify process improvements
  • Creating and delivering presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with the execution of global campaigns
  • Contributing to sustainability efforts by working on initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions in shipping
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes across the global organisation

Are you proactive, results-driven, and ready to make an impact?
You could be the person we’re looking for if you are an enthusiastic and humble team player with an analytical mindset. You thrive on challenges, love taking ownership of your work, and are not afraid to work independently. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in your final year or a Master’s degree, ideally with 2 years remaining. Relevant fields include Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, as you will interact with multiple departments across Pandora
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint (PowerBI is a plus)
  • A genuine interest in supply chain disciplines and sustainability
  • A desire to challenge the status quo and seek process improvements

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
