Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and early ambassadors.
- Design and implement strategies to grow and "selling" our free app version to as many users as possible.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with early ambassadors to leverage their networks and maximize app exposure.'
- Develop sales plans, including goals, strategies, and tactics.
- Execute sales initiatives and track their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Engage with users to understand their needs and preferences.
- Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions from free to paid users.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team based on sales data and trends.
- Train and mentor sales team members and early ambassadors on sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in a startup environment or in the tech industry is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is preferred -alternatively Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Adaptable and open to feedback.
- Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
