About the role
At CHANGE Lingerie, we are seeking an enthusiastic, curious, and creative intern to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of unique in-store experiences, while supporting our efforts to enhance both the customer experience and the brand's visual presence.
As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you will assist the VM Manager with daily graphic design tasks aimed at enhancing our retail environments. This role will provide hands-on experience in visual merchandising and graphic design, contributing directly to the success of our campaigns and store aesthetics. You’ll be Reporting to the VM Manager and working closely with the Art Director to maintain and elevate visual standards for graphic design projects and be working at the company HQ in Farum just north of Copenhagen.
The position is an unpaid internship based at our headquarters in Farum for a minimum of 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update store floor plans for each campaign, showcasing current POS (Point of Sale) and product zoning for both existing and new stores.
• Support in the creation of VM mockups in the mockshop, including sourcing and managing samples.
• Develop comprehensive store guidelines in multiple languages to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Maintain and update ad hoc VM guidelines, including standards, video content, and training materials.
• Assist in creating POS materials for stores across all countries.
• Support the management of store-related Jira tickets and other ad hoc requests.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong ambition and a desire to grow within graphic design, visual merchandising, and retail environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
