We are currently seeking a Student Administrative Assistant, a role demanding an analytical mind, a strong proficiency in either Danish or English, and a deep commitment to teamwork. This is a vital role for us, ensuring the smooth operation of our company's ordering process.
Your Role
In your new role, you'll be actively involved in a range of tasks such as
- Follow up on purchase orders (order confirmation, data extraction, communication with suppliers)
- Various paperwork between procurement and the rest of the company
- Ad hoc task that requires administrative skills (meeting notes, data extractions, ...)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as basic computer skills in managing emails and Word documents, will be invaluable for these tasks.
Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting colleagues as a team player. Fluency in Danish or English is a necessity, with bilingual fluency in both languages seen as a great asset. If you have previous knowledge in data analytics and/or supply chain processes, even better.
Team
You will join a team of 4 dedicated purchasers in the supply chain department. We are responsible to order all goods required for production to run smoothly. We also follow up on deliveries with colleagues across the organization: end-users, warehouse, and finance to mention only a few. We are service oriented and always eager to help.
