Student Worker with strong project management interest for our Customer Intelligence & Digitalization Department at MAN Energy Solutions, Copenhagen, Denmark
Do you have a positive mindset and enjoy applying structure and creating order? We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude to support our experienced program manager with daily tasks on the SAP S/4HANA project. You will gain insight into a variety of ongoing initiatives across the business. You should be able to work at our office in Copenhagen at least one day a week during normal working hours (8-16), with the rest of the work done virtually. Are you excellent at speaking and writing English and interested in gaining experience working with an innovative and ambitious team in a large, international organization?

You will play an important role in

• Various project management support tasks: planning, workshops, documentation, meetings, presentation material, and other ad hoc tasks originating from projects.
• Support the team with change management tasks – we use the PROSCI framework.
• Assist in planning and setting up workshops.
• Update existing process flow charts following standard templates.

We imagine that you

• Are a Bachelor student or a 1st year Master student in the field of IT, production, commercial, supply chain, business development.
• Have a positive impact on other people and like to understand how things is done in the best way.
• Have an interest to learn more about strategy execution, project management, process management principles, tools and methods.
• Are excellent in English – oral and written.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
• If you have previous working experience in a related field, it is considered a plus.
• Have a natural interest in commercial processes, the link between IT and business and how to make new things happen in an international organization.
