As part of our HR department, which consists of 12 colleagues, you will be contributing to a team that manages a variety of strategic initiatives. Within the Payroll Team, we focus on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, reporting to authorities, managing tax reconciliations and reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with both legislation and the Danish Industry collective agreement.

Your Role

As a student assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Payroll team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reimbursements
  : Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reimbursement claims.
• Pension Schemes
  : Setting up pension schemes for new employees.
• LogBuy Administration
  : Managing our employee benefits platform.
• Timeplan Administration
  : Handling employee registrations and updates in our time-tracking system.
• Payroll and HR Inquiries
  : Responding to queries via email.
• Supporting
  the team with a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We imagine that you are currently pursuing a higher education degree and have an interest in Payroll, HR, and working with systems. You are proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with a diverse group of colleagues and are excited to join a dynamic team where you can gain practical experience in Payroll and HR processes.
