Do you want to be part of growing our Food Service brand, Arla Pro, and our bakery category?
We are looking for a parttime passionate pastry/bakery profile who will help us shape our future bakery portfolio and channel expertise through engaging and enthuse our Arla Pro team and our customers through a high level of expertise and experience within bakery. This role will be based in the Arla Innovation Center in Aarhus and approximately two days a week.
How you will succeed
As Junior Global Application Manager, you will have a close collaboration with our Global Category & Culinary Bakery Lead. It will be your main focus to provide technical and application expertise, culinary inspiration and channel insights. You will be engaging and collaborating with our customers, thus it’s important that you’re able to build strong customer relationships. You will also be supporting the development of our innovation pipeline for the Bakery channel.
In brief, you can look forward to:
- Coordinate, lead and test ingredients and applications, providing relevant suggestions and actions accordingly
- Support our innovation projects through ideation, testing and co-creation workshops
- Support in build strong insights for training & marketing material, as well as organise internal and external product training
Apart from your team, you will be part of our Global Arla Pro Culinary Community and have a wide variety of stakeholders across the whole value chain of Arla. Some travel may be expected
What will make you successful
We are looking for a passionate pastry or bakery chef with an ability to create relevant commercial opportunities for our customers. This role will be the voice of the customer, therefor you must thrive with engaging with the customers.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have experience within the culinary field, ideally within pastry kitchen, bakery or cold kitchen (desserts)
- It’s an advantage if you have experience working in a more customer-faced role and within the FMCG environment
- Being curious & proactive
- Have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Are fluent in English both in writing and verbally
